Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on Tuesday forwarded the list of his new commissioners and advisers designate to the state’s House of Assembly.
Sanwo-Olu forwarded the second batch of the list in four weeks to the House for screening just as controversy trailed the inclusion of Joe Igbokwe, an All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, after his alleged derogatory statement on Channels TV on Tuesday.
Igbokwe, while speaking on Politics Today programme, said anyone who criticized the government of President Muhammadu Buhari is from the pit of hell.
Sanwo-Olu’s new list has thirteen names and they’re accomplished politicians and technocrats, according to the Deputy Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr Gboyega Akosile.
