The Appeal Court on Wednesday upheld the tribunal victory of Senator Abiodun Olujimi of the People’s Democratic Party as the valid winner of the Ekiti South Senatorial District Feb 23, 2019 election.
The Court delivered the judgement in Kaduna after an initial change of venue from Ado-Ekiti, the Ekiti State capital.
