Video highlights: Ighalo scores first goal as Man U thrash Brugge

Former Nigerian forward, Odion Ighalo, has scored his first goal for England’s Manchester United as the club humiliates Belgian Club, Brugge, in 5-0 win in the Europa League on Thursday.

Bruno Fernandes opened the scoreline with a penalty 27 minutes into the match before Ighalo added a second after seven minutes. Scott McTominay gave Man U a third in the 41st minutes before Fred’s brace (82, 93).

The match put the goal aggregate between the two teams at 6-1 as Man U continue their campaign in the Europa League.

30-year-old Ighalo joined Man U in January on loan from Chinese Shanghai Shenhua.

He started his career at Prime FC in Osogbo, Osun State, before playing for other clubs in Nigeria, Norway, Italy, Spain, England and China.
