A combine team of policemen, members of Oodua Peoples Congress (OPC) and operatives of Department of State Services (DSS) on Monday rescued the remaining passengers abducted in Ajeoku village in Obokun Local Government Area of Osun State.

The passengers were abducted on Sunday Evening while travelling in four different vehicles.
Newsafresh.com reported that five victims were earlier rescued by the security operatives, out of which two were shot by the attackers. The wounded ones were later taken to a private hospital for treatment.
Responding to the development, Osun Police Command spokesperson, Sade Odoro said, ”Last victim rescued unhurt.’
