A Federal High Court judge, Idrissa Saleh, who was declared missing has been found at a filling station in Nyanya, a satellite town in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
The development was confirmed by the FCT police spokesman, DSP Anjuguri Manzah.
Newsafresh.com had reported that Saleh was declared missing on Monday after his whereabouts could not be ascertained. He was reportedly admitted in an Abuja hospital due to illness but left his room after Saturday morning prayers.
The 54-year-old judge worked with the Yobe State Ministry of Justice and the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) before becoming a Federal High Court judge in 2015.
