A lot of website owners wonder why there is a temporary blank space when their site opens, just as if the logo is pushing down the menu bar for a while before the former appears and they both adjust.

Here is the solution:
Go to Jetpack on your Dashboard>Setting>Performance>scroll to ‘Enable Lazy Loading for images‘.
It’s most likely ‘Enable Lazy Loading for images‘ is on, just click to turn it off.
Check the site Home to see if the issue is resolved.
