Veteran Nollywood actor, Ernest Asuzu, is dead.
The actor was said to have fainted on Tuesday evening and never woke up.
Asuzu, who began his acting career in the ’90s became popular after starring in the 1997 Nollywood classic, ‘Rituals’.
Aside from acting, Asuzu also ventured into music with the stage name, El Cream.
However, things went downhill for him and he suffered a stroke in 2015, a condition which affected his speech and ability to walk.
He later announced that Jeremiah Funfeyin of Mercyland Deliverance Ministry healed him of stroke before a viral video surfaced online showing him begging for alms at a mall in January 2020.
