The Local Government Election in Ekiti State on Saturday turned awry as supporters of some parties attacked each other with charms in Araromi area of Ikere-Ekiti, killing one and injuring others.
The situation reportedly spread to other parts of the town as voters and journalists scampered for safety.
At the time of filing this report, it was gathered that five persons were rushed to the Hospital, and one died before medical attention could be given.
