The number of coronavirus cases in Lagos has exceeded 5,000 as the state reported 192 new infections on Monday.
The state currently has 5,135 total infections and 4, 255 active cases.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) disclosed this while giving daily update on the spread of virus, stating that a total of 19 states and the Federal Capital Territory recorded 416 new cases.
