…Masevex is gentle and caring, says wife, Adebimpe

The current National Light Heavyweight Champion in boxing, Adewale Masebinu, popularly known as Masevex, has vowed that he will never raise his hands against his wife.
Masevex, a native of Ikere-Ekiti, made the vow when he tied the knot with his wife, Adebimpe Kehinde, at their wedding ceremony in Ibadan, Oyo State, last weekend.
According to him, “I can only be tough and go aggressive when I face my challengers but not with my wife. I will never raise my hands up against my wife.”
He vowed that there is nothing his wife could do to make him raise the same hands he used to beat his challengers against her.
He therefore used the opportunity to thank his colleagues in the sports industry, especially in the boxing profession, his family members, friends, as well as his wife’s family members and others for their prayers, contributions and presence at the ceremony.
The brand new wife, Adebimpe, also expressed appreciation to her father and other family members for their support, saying she was happy to have been allowed and supported to marry the person she loved.
When asked why she married the Boxing Champion, Adebimpe said, ” My husband is a very cool, understanding, loving, caring, hardworking, and God-fearing person.
“I married him because I love him and he loves me dearly. We also understand each other. These are the reasons I’m marrying him.”
