After ten days in police custody, #EndSARS protester, Eromosele Adene, was on Tuesday granted bail in the sum of 1 million Naira.
A Magistrate court in Yaba, Lagos State, granted the bail after rejecting a request by the police for an order to detain him for 30 more days, to enable them conclude investigations into the allegations against the defendant.
Eromosele was arrested in his home on November 7 by the police, for his involvement in the #EndSARS protest and also on allegations of providing financial support to the movement.
His arrest, detention and movement to Abuja and back to Lagos within the period had sparking the trend, #FreeEromz on Twitter.
