Ekiti State has lost another patient to COVID-19 complications, the State Government said on Thursday.
The latest casualty has brought to five the total number of coronavirus deaths in the state.
Ekiti also recorded four new cases from the samples sent to the State Molecular Laboratory, while 16 patients were discharge from the isolation centre at Oba Adejigbe Hospital in Ado-Ekiti.
The state currently has 278 total cases, out of which 54 are active and 219 discharged.
