Deborah: Police declare prime suspects wanted

Sokoto State Police Commissioner, Kamaldeen Okunlola, have declared the prime suspects who claimed they killed Deborah Emmanuel, the female students of Shehu Shagari College of Education, wanted.

The Command’s Public Relations Officer, ASP Sanusi Abubakar, made this known in statement made available to newsmen in Sokoto.

The statement said the police used the medium to reiterate its commitment towards apprehending the suspects and had already deployed all intelligence to find the fleeing suspects.

“The Command is using these medium to reiterate its commitment towards apprehending the suspects. The command has already deployed all its intelligence and on the lookout for the suspects.

“Members of the public are enjoined to cooperate with the police and report any mere identification to the command or any security outfit in their domain,” the statement read in part.

Recall that two suspects,  Bilyaminu Aliyu and Aminu Hukunci, were arraigned on Monday in connection with the crime and consequently remanded in the custody of a correctional facility.
