Executive members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ward 10, Estako West Local Government area of Edo State, have lifted the suspension order on Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.
The ward executives suspended Oshiomhole in November 2019.
The latest development is coming barely four days after the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja upheld his suspension.
In a unanimous judgment last Tuesday, a three-man panel led by Justice Eunice Onyemanam, affirmed decision of an Abuja High Court on March 4, 2020, which suspending Oshiomhole and barred him from parading himself as the National Chairman of the APC.
The suit was initially instituted before the High Court by six applicants, namely the Vice-Chairman of the party, North-East, Mustapha Salihu, the Chairman of the party in Edo State, Anslem Ojezua, alongside Alhaji Sani Gomna, Oshawo Steven, Fani Wabulari and Princewill Ejogharado who were members of Oshiomhole’s ward.
