Yoruba Nation agitator, Chief Sunday Adeyemo, popularly known as Sunday Ighoho has been released by the government of Republic of Benin.
Igboho was released on Monday to a leader of the umbrella body of Ilana Omo Oodua Worldwide, Professor Banji Akintoye and his deputy, Professor Wale Adeniran.
This was revealed in statement by the Communications Secretary of the group, Maxwell Adeleye.
The statement said Akintoye described the release of Ighoho as a triumph of truth over darkness in Yoruba land.
