The Olomuo of Omuo Ekiti, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Noah Omonigbehin, on Monday congratulated Mr Ojo Adekimi, an illustrious son of Omuo Kingdom on his promotion to the position of Commissioner of police.
The monarch also congratulated the sons and daughters of Omuo-Ekiti Community for this good development.
“I am delighted that Adekimi and a host of other Omuo sons and daughters are making us proud in their various callings. I pray that developments such as this will continue happen in Omuo Kingdom.”
Oba Omonigbehin urged the youths to learn from the promotion of Adekimi which came as a result of dedication, commitment and professionalism.
The monarch used the opportunity to appeal to all the sons and daughters of Omuo Kingdom both in Nigeria and diaspora to join hands to develop the community.
He prayed for God’ s protection in Adekimi new assignment.
Ojo Adekimi has served the police force in various capabilities as the Assistant Commissioner of police and Deputy Commissioner before his current elevation to the Commissioner of Police.
