Nigeria has recorded the lowest daily cases of COVID-19 in four months.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced 138 infections in 13 states and the Federal Capital Territory on Sunday.
The latest statistics shows 53, 865 total cases with 1, 013 deaths while 41, 513 persons have been discharged.
Meanwhile, Plateau is the new epicentre of coronavirus in Nigeria and it recorded 55 new cases on Sunday.
