A native of Dukku Local Government Area of Gombe State who trekked from the state to Abuja for 15 days in 2015 to celebrate President Muhammadu Buhari’s victory has cried out for help.
Dahiru Buba revealed that he currently has severe limb pains and needs assistance for treatment.
Buba, who said he embarked on the victory walk when Governor Mai Mala Buni was the All Progressives Congress National Secretary, appealed to Governor Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State and the party’s stakeholders to come to his aid, saying he only got a certificate after the trek.
“Since the time I conducted the trekking, the limb pain is growing by the day.
“I am appealing to my governor, Governor Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State and the party leadership to help me look for medical assistance, ” Buba said.
He added that he cannot even pay his children’s school fees at the moment.
