Tension has gripped residents of the Sabon Gari area of Kano State as explosion reportedly rocked a school and some buildings in the area.
Details of casualties are still sketchy as of press time but reports say many children are feared killed.
Crowd had gathered in the area to help the injured as many school children are seen in released visuals.
