Ekiti State Government on Saturday announced two new cases of COVID-19 as the total number of confirmed infections in the state hit 32.
The results of the new cases were said to have come back on Friday night.
As at 12:00pm on Saturday, statistics showed four active cases, 26 discharged patients and two deaths.
Ekiti had earlier announced a daily testing capacity of up to 400 residents across the 16 local government areas ‘to facilitate early detection of the coronavirus and ensure timely and adequate treatment of infected persons’.
