The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the US has revealed newly discovered symptoms of COVID-19.
The agency, which had earlier listed fever, cough and shortness of breath as known symptoms, has now added six new indications via its website.
The new symptoms includes chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat and new loss of taste or smell.
According to the CDC, those who have “trouble breathing, persistent pain or pressure in their chest, new confusion or inability to arouse or have bluish lips or face” should seek medical help immediately.
According to worldometer, the United States has 929, 841 total cases, 766, 494 active cases and 52, 843 total deaths as at 16:01 GMT on Saturday.
