Report reaching Newsafresh.com has indicated that commercial vehicle drivers are currently protesting on the Kaduna-Abuja highway. The drivers are said to be protesting the alleged shooting of one of them by the police on Saturday.
The drivers used their vehicles to block the road, causing heavy gridlock.
The deceased was said to have been shot close to Olam factory while heading to Kaduna from Abuja at about 7am on Friday morning.
