The Nigerian Army has debunked the rumour of the commencement of recruitment into the force through the Army Direct Short Service Course(DSSC).
In a statement on Friday by Acting Director Army Public Relations, Sagir Musa, the news in circulation is fake and should be discarded.
According to him, ” Members of the Public are hereby informed that the Army has not advertised for DSSC Course 25 Shortlistment exercise.
”Moreover application forms for joining the army are NOT FOR SALE . The Nigerian Army does not sell application forms to prospective candidates.
”Members of the public are hereby cautioned and advised to disregard the deceitful information/fake advert,” he said.
He however stated that the Nigerian Army will officially advertise for the SSC and DSSC shortlistment soon.
