Hours after tagging a hooded soldier who supported the #EndSARS protest ‘fake soldier’, the Nigerian Army said it has arrested a suspect, Lance Corporal Harrison Friday.
The soldier, in a video, had begged his colleagues not to participate in harming protesters because the protest would also be of benefit to the military in long run.
The Army, on its official social media accounts, had immediately labelled the soldier fake but has now said the suspect was apprehended and he is a Lance Corporal.
