Nigeria’s First Lady, Mrs Aisha Buhari, has reportedly being flown out of the country to Dubai in the United Arab Emirate for a medical emergency.
Though the office of the First Lady could not confirm the reason for the trip, she was said to have left the country over week ago.
Sources disclosed that the First Lady had been experiencing severe neck pain and had to be flown abroad after the situation defied medical attention and medications.
It was gathered that the pain started during the 2019 Presidential election campaign and she was treated abroad but the recent one came after visiting the Lagos home of Mrs Florence Ajimobi, the wife of former Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi who died of COVID-19 complications.
However, Aisha Buhari’s Media aide, Aliyu Abdullah, said he was not aware of his principal’s trip to Dubai as he has not been to the Villa in the last two weeks.
