The Ondo State Commissioner of Police, Mobolaji Salami, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Medical Science (UNIMED), Ondo, Professor Adesegun Fatusin, as well as the Provost, Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo, Dr Samuel Adeyemi, are among the dignitaries that are expected to grace the book launch of the immediate past President of the Ondo Ekimogun Youth President, Comrade Eric Famogun.
The programme, slated to hold on Thursday by 10am at the expansive Oba Adesanoye Civic Center, Canon Adeyemi Road, Sabo Ondo town, will also feature activities including inauguration of the author’s foundation, code name “The Patriots Network”, a Non Governmental Organization.
Other eminent personalities that would be at the occasion are a former member of the National Assembly representing Ondo East and West Federal Constituency, Dr Iranola Akinlaja, an Ondo town-based legal luminary, Barr. Sarafa Okewoye as a keynote speaker as well as a cleric from the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Power Sanctuary, Ondo, Pastor Henry Adesioye.
The book, titled ” Arise O Compatriot”, will be reviewed by UNIMED Vice Chancellor while the former lawmaker will chair the occasion.
According to Famogun, other nation issues which include restructuring, revolution and secession will be deliberate upon by guests at the event.
