Mothers in Lagos on Friday participated in the ongoing EndSARS protests that have been happening on the streets all over the country. Women were seen carrying placards with inscriptions such as “say no to police brutality”, “stop killing the leaders of tomorrow”, “looking good is not a crime”.
The women, who took to the streets in a peaceful march have now joined Nigerian youths who have been clamouring for the disbandment of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad for unwholesome activities including extortion, kidnapping, maiming, and killing of Nigerian youths.
