Cases of coronavirus in Nigeria on Monday hit 1,337 as 64 persons tested positive for the virus in four states and the Federal Capital Territory with no deaths recorded.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced the new cases via its verified Twitter handle, @ncdcgov.
The statistics showed that the total number of deaths remained 40 while the number of discharged patients increased to 255.

”As at 11:20pm 27th April- 1337 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria.
